Returns

All sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted, only exchanges. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@saintofyahweh.com and send your item to: Saint of Yahweh, P.O. Box 1931 Post Office Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22193

Any allergic reactions or accidents from products from Saint of Yahweh is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Gift Cards

Saint of Yahweh ® gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only at saintofyahweh.com. Saint of Yahweh ® gift cards are only sold at saintofyahweh.com. They are not redeemable or refundable for cash. Gift cards cannot be used as compensation for unshipped merchandise in replacement of a refund. Excluding tax, there is no activation/ service fees that reduce the value of the gift card over time. For balance information, refer to your receipt. Saint of Yahweh gift cards never expire, cannot be reloaded, and have no value unless purchased. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
